Although I am a new customer I am very impressed by...

Although I am a new customer I am very impressed by the Chase App. I am 77 and enjoy new challenges eg finding my way around this App. It is straight forward to use with clear instructions as to how to proceed and see at a glance where my money has been spent and how any benefits have accrued. I am sorry Chase is not part of the safety net which other main banks have signed up for - I hope they will rectify this for their customers peace of mind bearing in mind that sophisticated scammers abound. Best bank ever.

Best bank ever. After Chase I stopped using my other banks. The app is very user friendly and the card looks sleek. I have used my Chase card in Europe and the exchange rates are easily the best. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Everything about Chase is easy - perfect banking...

Everything about Chase is easy - setting up - using the app - paying and transferring money. The round-up and cashback features on the current accounts are absolutely brilliant. I love the interface of the app and how easy it is to make payments and transfer money. I'm so glad I opened this account and wouldn't contemplate going elsewhere for my banking needs.
