Help when needed most.

I have been unfortunate to have had my card cloned, and Chase were fantastic. They reassured me that it was nothing that I had done wrong and swiftly refunded the sums back into my account. Chase messaged me to tell me of suspicious activity on my account and after security protocols, they soon had the money back where it back where it belonged. It an extremely easy bank to use. I love that you can set up different pots for savings. They offer good rates of interest. I really enjoy using it.
