Ordered a Xmas present in November when it didn’t arrive and the vendor was no longer communicating chase refunded the money straight away no further questions no forms to complete no delays excellent service. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

Chase is great for monitoring your spending each month, enabling a user to understand where they spend and how to budget well. The 1% cash back for travel and groceries is a sweet bonus for someone who travels and cooks often. I would and already have recommended this bank to friends and family.
