Best all round account

Best all round account with easy interface, good cashback offer and one of the best easy access interest rates on the market. Still have access to traditional banking services like depositing cash and cheques via the app and post office. Couldn’t ask for more Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Chase is excellent all round.

Chase customer service is excellent. After an inquiry from me they were super quick to follow up and provided an answer to my query and a solution. Their current and savings accounts have excellent benefits like cash back and higher interest rates. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Super easy to use bank, great experience when abroad.

Super easy to use bank, great experience when abroad. There is the added bonus of the high cashback during the first year and the great interest rates too. The app is easy to use and I like how the payees list are shared between your accounts. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Chase are calm and proficient

Chase are easy to contact either by phone, email, or online , my queries or problems are answered and delt with, with little fuss. My banking information is always available to me and i feel it is secure at all time. Having forgotten my log in information i was back in my account within 20 minuets after answering the security questions (which was a problem as i have memory problems) , the person on line knew how to handle my problem and was calm and polite. Good service
