Easy to use and loads quicker than most other bank Apps

Easy to use. The App loads up much quicker than most of the other bank Apps. When there is poor mobile signal, the Chase App often loads up when other apps just freeze. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Great bank, great service, cash back on shopping etc...

Great bank, great service, cash back on shopping etc and you can use the card fee free abroad. The app works well, but I do find it a bit tricky to navigate my way around at times. You can only have the app on one device at a time. I would find it more useful if you were able to have it on more than one device, ie phone and iPad or laptop. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
