Great for international use.

Chase changed my everyday banking and saving

Chase has changed how I do my everyday banking. After seeing their product offering for my everyday saver and current account, I decided to make them my main bank and haven’t looked back. On top of that, I’d never considered investing directly with my every day bank, but their offer with Nutmeg and how it all lives in my Chase app made it a no brainer. In depth review

App is easy to use. Easy to complete daily banking tasks. Savings account has an excellent rate in comparison to competitors and has easy access. Customer service can be a bit hit and miss. Some agents have been absolutely phenomenal, made me feel at ease and genuinely helped me out. Whereas others have made me feel as if I was doing something wrong (admittedly it was for a charge back transaction, but it was genuine and the customer agent seemed reluctant to want to assist) Aside from that one instance of negative experiencr the remaining has been amazing and I have recommended and helped family members open accounts with chase Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
