I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Couldn't care less.

Had an issue with a fraudulent transaction, never replied on the app. On the phone couldn't tell me how to prevent this and didn't seem to care. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Speak to a human it's nice!

Had to call chase about a issue I had and actually spoke to a real person that sorted my problem straight away, it's nice to know there is someone on the end of a phone rather than being put on hold by a robot to eventually get through so someone and be told wrong department.
