super-easy and straightforward service

It's super-easy and straightforward to use the app. I feel safe and secure to use the debit card in the UK and overseas. I love the round-up saving plan that gives me 5% interest, that is fun to check how much I have saved now and then. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Excellent customer service, the app is very easy to manouveur and there is actually a human to speak with on the chat function. Most if not all banks now especially in the UK where I reside are robots on chat. I appreciate the first rated customer service that Chase bank provides.
