I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Excellent service.

Very Good Especially for the Cashback Offer

Using Chase's current account has been a very good experience. The 1% Cashback offer on most debit card spending is the main appealing feature and saves a fair amount of money over the long run. The linked round-up saver was a good offer when I first signed up but is now more neutral with increased rates on other savings products. The only issues I have experienced is occasional endless loading in the app but that is usually resolved quickly by closing the app and restarting it. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2024

A bank without the hype! It's what You need.

Easy to use app. Good chat messaging service for advice. Considerate, no time wasting communication of advertising emails. Straight forward, do what they say, no need for hype banking people I need in my life. You get my thumbs up :) Reviewed on: 2nd March 2024

Fantastic service!
