Very Good App & Helpful Customer Service

App very responsive and easy to use, I love the 1% cashback and no transaction fee abroad. Customer support are very quick to reply through chat feature and have helped me resolve a few issues (none of which where Chase's fault) Reviewed on: 29th February 2024

Rewards best in debit cards, couple minor snags

1% cashback on debit card spending is great especially as I'm often in Eu and it works there too, roundups with 5% is great, and the layout of the app is really intuitive. I like the ease of transferring from savings, and being able to hide/ unhide accounts (stops me spending too much!). Customer service is responsive and helpful. Cons: Wish you could remove transactions from the 'Spent so far this month' as it's confusing that moving money into my other non-Chase accounts is the same as 'spending' so the number they show & the 'Spotlight on this month' is pretty useless to me. It's not as easy to freeze/ unfreeze cards as say Revolut but it is secure I suppose - also very neat that you don't have to replace your physical card if you do this as its numberless. Can't speak to the Nutmeg integration for investing as I've never used it. Savings rate can be beaten elsewhere but it's still good for easy access to current account. Fantastic Current Account & App

Fantastic current account with interest & cashback. Superb user friendly app with excellent integration with Apple Watch. Very impressed that can use card abroad with great exchange rates. So impressed I’m using more & more & my HSBC current account is falling out of favour after 26 years with them. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024

Very happy with the product on offer

Very happy with the product on offer, especially the free overseas debit card, easy card control in the app, interest on the current account balance and cashback opportunity. The only problem is that the app itself can be slow and there has been a lot of downtime for maintenance preventing payments etc. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024
