Chase's cashback offer and good saving rates encourage me to continue banking with them. Similarly, the use of 'money pots' within both the current account and savings account allows me to easily keep track of my money and various different saving goals without the need for an spreadsheet. Easy to use with a stable app.

I have had no direct contact with Chase customer service hence my neutral position. I think their current account product is great and love the fact that I can earn cashback. I think their savings products are relatively in line with other market providers. Reviewed on: 20th February 2024
