Very easy to open an account.

Very easy to open an account. Each step is explained clearly with easy to follow instructions. Chase updates me regularly on how my money is doing and reminders of other services they provide. It was also very easy to open a savings account. I have already recommended Chase to my family and friends. Reviewed on: 19th February 2024

Easy to open and great to run the account.

Extremely fast money transfers. Notification arrives within seconds. App is intuitive,well thought out. easy to navigate. .Easy to get support and the quality of that support is second to none! Banking with Chase is clear to understand, easy to navigate, secure competitive, fast and friendly. It's fun and well thought out. On the few occasions I have sought help, they have gone out of their way to help this encouraging you to seek help if you should need it.
