I've been with Chase coming up 2years,always found their customer service very efficient and they can understand me and I them, a lot of companies that use foreign call centres the staff can speak English but don't get the content your trying to explain which can be very frustrating,,never had this problem with Chase.Plus gey 1% cash back on debit card payments,no brainer.
