Best in every way

Chase - The better bank

I was a bit reluctant to begin with because of having no high street presence, however, Chase’s customer service is better than my previous bank, Santander. They not only offer me a % of money back on my purchases, but everything is just so incredibly easy, I don’t know why I persevered with Santander for so long. Santander kept messing up my registered home address, reverting it back to an old address for no reason, whereas, Chase have got it right first time each time. In addition, the Chasr app is so much cleaner and not so clunky nor slow! Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Technophobic but now reasured

They are easy to contact and the app is very user friendly and very simple to navigate. For a technophobic like myself it’s a dream come true. Easy tech with bells and whistles that are straightforward to use. Even customer service were calm and reassuring. For a registered disabled person like myself with neurodivergence issues their calming and reassuring approach to customer service was second to none. If Carlsberg did online banking!!!!! Great Cash Back and Interest rewards

I get cash back on all my spending AND I get interest on the cash back. In addition, I am encouraged to save ( almost painlessly) by the system Chase has of Rounding Up’ my spending to the nearest £ and putting it into a high interest earning saving account Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Chase Bank is exceptional

Monthly cash back on daily spending and interests on current accounts. No other bank offer me these incentives. Plus the numberless debit card is fantastic.
