Superb service

I logged in to make payments to HMRC and I successfully did this. However I realised i didnt include any reference for HMRC to apply these to my accounts. I rang the customer service immediately and I was able to get the guidance from this agent who provided me with the key elements of information I required to share with HMRC to allow them allocate the payment against my UTR. I am quite impressed with the professionalism of this agent to calming me down and assuring me that all will be sorted in a short while Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Usefulness!!

All Round Best Bank I have ever used

Great app, good savings rates, novel cash back and round up benefits, fast app updates ( current balance is immediate ), interest rates fast to move upwards when bank of england raises interest rates., customer service very polite and friendly although rarely needed as all very straight forward.
