Chase Bank a simple way to spend and save,

I have never been happier and more confident with a banking app than I have with Chase, The app is so easy to use on my mobile phone. I love that I get notifications for every transaction made, giving peace of mind. I can earn interest on my current account and cashback on spends, I also love the roundup feature that helps with savings, giving 5% interest. I find every aspect of the banking and the app intuitively easy to use. Another great feature is that I can use my debit card abroad without paying any extra fees. Just joined and very happy.

Just joined and very happy. No charges for spending abroad, I can have multiple accounts so I can separate money for different purchases or spending categories, and the customer support has been very impressive as well. When I was almost scammed they came to rescue

When I was almost scamed chase staff were there to help after clearing a few security questions I was able to hand call to my wife who explained my disability and lack of tec knowledge. They were excellent explained things to us in a way I could understand, then made my account safe by talking my wife through sone steps. They were so friendly professional did not make me feel stupid or that I had dome something wrong. The whole episode could have been really bad for me but the staff at chase dealt with it all. It's so good to have a human voice due to my disability I'm not very tec savy and chase has helped me enormously since setting up my account and the app, enabling my wife to do some of the talking and explanation for me after a few simple secruity questions. Also love that my card does not show my bank details making me feel less vulnerable when I am out and about in case I mislay it. Thank you Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
