Incentive to save

I like how there is incentive to save in bank as they offer some of highest interest rates with just a saver account aswell as 1% cash back on any online shops or card payments instore over time it really adds Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Thank you Chase

Chase is so easy to use and keeps me updated with my transactions both in and out of my account. I was initially apprehensive about it being a completely online account, however, my apprehension was needless. I have spoken to customer service on a couple of occasions and each time I have received a friendly, yet professional level of service (with no hanging around to wait for someone to answer my query). The cash back reward scheme is another unexpected bonus! I found the end of year notification very informative. I have recommended Chase Banking to many family and friends. Chase survey

Chase giving 1% on spending is a win win. I have found the call centre staff very knowledgeable and willing to assist. I had to call on a few occasions re online banking any call handler assisting with my issues came across very knowledgeable and resolved my issues whilst on the call.All and all I am very pleased with both my Chase accounts and interest rates plus the service I receive from the call centre. Chase Bank App easy to use and good Interest rate

Chase Bank App is very easy to use and it's very quick transaction. The Interest rates are very much better then the other High Street Banks. No other banks give you Interest on current account that Chase give you. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

One of a kind

The only bank in the UK that I have encountered that offers reward and interest on a current account. No other bank in the UK offers this service, be it old or new. The app is easy enough to navigate, and the chat feature is easy to find unlike some new fintech bank which I won't name.
