Chase banking has now replaced my other banks - it is easy to use, great UI but the best benefit is the rewards aspect. The everyday cashback on spending has meant I now use Chase for all of my day to day spending and the interest on savings is great too. I have recommended to friends and family and they're converted too. The only other improvement would be to add a feature to automatically categorise spending e.g groceries, travel so that this can be displayed in the monthly summary. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Excellent customer service using Chase Bank

Always an excellent experience using chase bank and so glad I was introduced to them. By allowing round ups I am saving money by transferring that to the chase savings account and it’s great to get cash back on most purchases as well. No Issue is too small for Chase Bank.

Whenever I have any issue, I just go onto the Chat which is very quick. I dont need to wait any length of time. The staff are very knowledgeable and dont take long to get to any issue I may have. Best current account ever.

Best current account I've ever used and the app is so easy to use, I particularly like the round up feature, before you know it you have a tidy sum saved up. I would definitely recommend the Chase current account. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
