My friendly Chase App.

The account was so easy to open and the App is very user friendly, especially for an older person such as myself, not so experienced with technology - especially smart phones. Transaction and A/c Balances information are straightforward to retrieve. The interest rates offered on both Current and Savings Accounts appear very competitive and welcome. Easy as a Sunday morning

The whole account was easy to set up and to date I have had no fault. Whenever I have had any questions that need answering the live chat option has beeen excellent and all is resolved withing 10 minutes; rewards has been been consistant and has bailed me out of a few scrapes, along with the round ups. The eease of setting up the card onto my google wallett was instant and I got the physical card in less than a week. Your pin number is always available within your app also unlike other banks which is so difficult sometimes. The only downside is which is a possitive also is that there is no display of your card number on the physical card so you need to ensure you can access you account or app at all time to don't let your phone battery die. I would say the account is for everyone but those who are not au fait with technology you may need a little help. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

I love my chase account easy to set up and use.

I love my chase account easy to set up and use. Love the zero fees for spending abroad, love the cash back on spending and top up on saving. Its a great account and can highly recommended!!
