The move to a cashless society at an advanced age.

Moved my account to chase as decided to go internet banking after all (6) of the banks in my local town closed their branched there. This made me move to a cashless system using my debit card for at least 90% of purchases. This was a huge transformation for me as I am at an age where this type of banking was way outside of my comfort zone. I have however found the change to be seamless which allayed most of my fears about changing to this. Now I have got free cash withdrawals abroad and my debit card has been accepted almost everywhere I have been in the recent path. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Comprehensive features and financial benefits. Quick to add multiple accounts to manage money while seeing overall status., linked to equally good savings options A good interest rate and able to get cash back are above .traditional banks. Can do all my tasks, and phone notification of transactions are prompt. Proactive by notifying of expected payments, including what the previous month was, avoids refused payments issues. Customer service has always been great, swiftly solving my query. Also proactive focused (but not intrusive) emails. Overall, very good focus on customer needs Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
