I love my chase card...

I love my chase card it is so easy to use, no charges when you go abroard, which makes it my card of choice when im abroard. Its easy to add money to it and set up bills being paid and transfering to others. It shows changes in account balances straight away Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Make Chase your primary financial institution!

Having banked with many different financial institutions over the years I have finally found a bank that ticks all the boxes. Their customer service is excellent, it's easy to speak to them, they offer a cashback service and optional round up which soon mounts up - best bank I have had! Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Choose Chase for for ease of use and confidence

Good bank, easy to use app, the only thing they need...

Good bank, easy to use app, the only thing they need to improve is their customer service which at the moment is not up to scratch. A bit disappointing that the 1% cashback is limited at £15 after 1 year but apart from that all good. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
