Sorted a retail online refund through the message service, actually speaking with a person rather than a bot. Love the instant messaging when purchasing or transferring funds to your account. The competitive interest rates on saving and the round up account… not to forget the 1% cash back on all your spending make the Chase account perfect for todays personal finance management .
