So simple to set up and excellent customer service .

So simple to set up a current account. My one worry had been customer service as my previous account was held by our local building society. I use the app regularly and have no problems with it. It's easy to use. I get rewards for using my account & can see everything clearly on statement & know when interest is going in I can also keep track of how much I have spent in a month. I had a bad experience with a hotel booking

I had an experience with booking.com where they wouldn't refund £300 for an uninhabitable hotel accommodation. Chase bank fought my corner and I received my refund in total. Thank you Chase. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
