I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Currant account

I use the app regularly and have no problems with it. It's easy to use. I get rewards for using my account & can see everything clearly on statement & know when interest is going in I can also keep track of how much I have spent in a month. I had a bad experience with a hotel booking

I had an experience with booking.com where they wouldn't refund £300 for an uninhabitable hotel accommodation. Chase bank fought my corner and I received my refund in total. Thank you Chase. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
