Innovative bank with great customer service

I've been with Chase for more than a year and I had a great experience. Good rate on the savings accounts with easy access, possibility to have multiple accounts which is a great feature to set money aside that can't be touched for a while, the customer service has a very fast turnaround, overall a good experience.
