Fraud Scare

I had a transaction that came out of my account from a foreign country I was not in. Chase immediately asked if the transaction was me and then asked me to phone customer care. The customer service team were so supportive and advised me that my money was safe and for precaution changed my details. I have not had any problems since and was so impressed with the speed of response on both the app and via phone call. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Chase is considered to be the best debit card overall. It offers a highly competitive savings rate for easy access which is only beaten by a handful of other cards. Additionally, it offers 1% cashback on everyday spending and has no foreign transaction fees. For those who travel frequently abroad or have to make transactions in different currencies, this is the most ideal UK debit card to have in their wallet. The customer service of this card is an underrated feature. They are prompt in their responses, patient and always willing to help with any issues faced by the customers. They are always there to clear up any misunderstandings or discrepancies experienced with the account. Therefore, it is always the first card I recommend to people, whether they ask for it or not.
