Friendly, professional and fair...

Always very friendly when you contact them and very efficient. The 1% interest on current account is great compared to the accounts I have at the traditional High Street branches. I feel that they were fairer than some banks at passing on the interest rates. I also trust Chase as it’s backed by a huge, well-known institution, and I’m more cautious about the newer banks. Easy and rewarding banking

Chase makes banking easy and rewarding. Outstanding customer service and app reliability. I cannot find a high street bank that offers more perks than Chase. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Very easy to set up and use

Superstar!

I have accounts with 3 banks and I must say Chase is best of all 3. Opening an account was super easy, debit card arrived promptly, their mobile app is great have never seen any issues. They offer 1% cash-back and best rates for ISA. I can’t stop praising them, have already recommended many friends and families and will be doing in future too.
