I have been with Chase Bank almost since it first started operating in the UK. I love the Cashback and Roundup features on the current account. Also when my online card was hacked they very quickly resolved the matter for me plus they immediately. Cancelled my online card and gace me a new one more or less instantly. Friendly, professional and fair...

Always very friendly when you contact them and very efficient. The 1% interest on current account is great compared to the accounts I have at the traditional High Street branches. I feel that they were fairer than some banks at passing on the interest rates. I also trust Chase as it’s backed by a huge, well-known institution, and I’m more cautious about the newer banks.
