Excellent account for travel

Chase has an excellent online current account, and excellent savings account at 4% with easy access The current account is excellent for spending abroad as you do not get charged and you get an excellent current exchange rate. Great cashback and round-up facilities

The cashback and round-up have made an appreciable difference to my finances. Interest rates are pretty good. So easy to set up different savings pots for different purposes. Main problem I have is the UI for transferring money to other bank accounts is somewhat awkward and non-intuitive.... Gets me every time. Takes too many taps... Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Straight through to speak to someone

I opened this account because of the 1% cash back on spends. It's now my preferred account. When I want to speak to someone I call and get straight through to someone in the UK without a load of button options. For that reason I have moved my elderly relatives. With no banks in their villages anymore, this bank being all online makes no difference to them. Amazing work Chase! Your customer service and easy online banking is the best bar none!
