Wonderful bank with excellent customer service

As I am in my 60s I was slightly apprehensive moving to an online bank and always using an app to access my banking needs. I needn’t have worried. Easy to use for everything including overseas travel. If you do need to contact customer service the response is fantastic either by telephone or chat. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Been using Chase for 3 years and counting
