I opened my Chase Bank account about 6 months ago.

I opened my Chase Bank account about 6 months ago. I have been very impressed with that process, particularly the ability to talk to a person who was charming, patient and extremely helpful. I appreciate that I get a text whenever funds go into my account and I spend money from that account. I also like the round up feature and that I can get interest on savings pots I can open for specifics such as holiday savings. I have found no downside to opening my account.
