I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Well done Chase Bank

I moved my current account from TSB to Chase about 2 years ago maybe. Best thing I ever did. The app is awesome and simple to use. It has easy find and use details like contacting customer service, security measures etc. I absolutely hated the TSB especially after the farce of the technical issues all TSB customers experienced following an update a few years ago. I just never trusted them after that. But with Chase, I have had no issues whatsoever but if I did, customer service is just a few clicks away. Absolutely fantastic bank!!
