Chase make it Easy

Easy to set up the account, easy to use the account, easy to transfer money into and out of the account. Kept up to date with changes by regular emails. Really like the card not having details on it, makes for better security. Overall fantastic service. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Easy to open and great customer service

The Chase current account is my go-to for all my banking needs. It was very easy and quick to open just using the app, and the customer support is amazing. Good but hope there are some additional improvements

Everything is done online, but there's no physical branch so it's not the most convenient as sometimes I need cash. I also wish there is the option of providing the services in other languages, so someone like me who have average english can understand all the more complicated offers from the bank.
