Great customer service from an honest bank

Been a customer for more than two years and really enjoying a hassle-free customer service. I prefer to bank with a solid bank which Chase is one but it is also innovative in providing great service unlike most traditional banks. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I just love everything about Chase bank.

I just love everything about Chase bank. Honestly, I cannot wait till they start doing credit cards ins insurance rewards like more rewards. I’m just so happy and decided to make that my main current account with my salary goes into. I always have people talk about the one in America, so it was only right that I signed up for the one in UK and I cannot wait to see what other bits and pieces that they bring out. Chase's savings interest rates need to be more competitive. Their platform needs a presence on the web as well, and not restricted to app-only. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Very good benefits for regular use (cashback). Also like that the app provides notifications of all purchases, something some major high street banks still don't support. The app itself is fast and efficient, however, it isn't always the most intuitive, actions like getting to card details are lengthier than necessary and not overly clear, although once you know how it isn't so bad.
