Have no hesitation in recommending

Have banked with mainstream High street banks for decades but find Chase refreshing, straightforward and practical. The App is both practical and intuitive. we had cause to speak to customer service and they were very professional and dealt with our query quickly and effectively- so nice to speak to someone in the UK. Opening the account lead to additional use

I opened the account as a way to spend money abroad, without any additional charges. However I now am slowly moving over to using chase as my main savings account, along with my current account for food shopping. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Fantastic bank, love the cash back option they have to offer and good interest rates for a bank. Customer service can’t be faulted when I was having trouble with my card overseas, they sorted the issue straight away. Would definitely recommend! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
