Amazing service

I was a victim of.a.scamm and lost nearly 600 pound. Thanks to chase bank I had my money back in little over a month . Best online banking experience

Chase has provided me with the best banking experience out all the providers I’ve used in the past such as nationwide, Santander, first direct and starling bank. Ease of use is fantastic, interest rates on savings is very competitive and I love the way you can create separate savings accounts for different objectives such as holidays, car repair etc. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I have had less problems with Chase than my previous...

I have had less problems with Chase than my previous accounts with other UK Banks. The phone application is straightforward and fairly reliable. There are a few minor bugs but nothing serious. The customer service team is helpful and they sort issues out quickly. I like the rewards. It pays out £15 a month and that covers my Nationwide account fee so I can get insurance.
