Simple, great cashback, can't fault

Chase is really easy to use, the app is clear and accessible and getting cashback is a fantastic bonus. The cashback clears quickly and moving money to and from accounts is quick and simple. I can easily look back at my spending habits and being able to see what categories I'm spending most in is very useful and keeps me on track of my budget. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great customer friendly account with great service

I opened a chase account last year after seeing on Martin’s money tips . Easy to open account , good interest rates and rewards account and access to a great savings account . The online app is easy to use and navigate. To be fair I haven’t had cause to contact customer services at all as nothings been a problem . Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Chase Bank sets a high standard with it's user-friendly online banking app, which offers an intuitive and seamless navigation experience. One of the standout features has been their customer service. Whether I needed assistance with a simple query or required more in-depth support, they responded with the speed of light. Chase's approach to financial benefits, particularly their cash back offers and competitive savings interest rates, significantly enriches the banking experience. And one of the biggest wins for me personally - in an era where security is paramount, Chase Bank introduces a brilliant innovation - a physical debit card devoid of printed card details.
