Very positive bank, I love it!

I joined Chase last year and have had very positive transactions. I was scammed in October and they sorted it straight away. I got all my money back. I also have a saving account, which is great. I also like the round up. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Excellent current account with rewards being a great...

Excellent current account with rewards being a great way to quietly save over the year. I use this account as my everyday spending and couldn’t recommend it more. The chat function allows me to resolve issues while not being stuck on the phone and you don’t have to wait a long time for a response. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great security, customer service, and app features.

Great security, customer service, and app features. There is a quick app verification that comes up to complete online transactions, which is a great and easy way of preventing fraud. The features of the current account are also excellent: the round up feature pays 5% interest and spending on the debit card also gets 1% cash back!
