Easy to use account with bonuses

Easy to use app with the bonus of a rings up account with good rate of interest and cashback on purchases. Very reliable- I can't think of any time the app hasn't been working as expected. Even though it is a purely digital bank I can carry out all transactions needed. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Fantastic Bank. Highly recommended. Since joining Chase I have nothing but praise for them. Their banking app is so easy to use and contains everything I need to know to do my banking. I love the “round up” idea and the interest paid on spending on the account. I can’t fault them and highly recommend them to all my friend's. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me. Customer service is second to none. The messaging service is so easy to use and you receive helpful timely replies to your queries. Have to call? The representatives are exceptional. They're so friendly and knowledgeable. They take your issues personally in their attempts to resolve. I love that you feel they appreciate your custom and they're so professional in their tasks.
