A bank that genuinely cares for their customer

Whenever I have a query they are prompt in answering and always appear genuine in their care for their customers. The app is easy to navigate and provides updates on what is available to you as a customer. They are always the quickest to respond if there are any BOE interest rate changes and it is always to the benefit of their customers. I have told a lot of my friends about Chase bank and my experience. Accessing and moving between my savings and current accounts on the app is very streamlined and I think their benefits are excellent. 1% cash back and round ups earning more interest are just a few of the great features.
