I’ve loved my experience with Chase

I’ve loved my experience with Chase, the account was simple to set up and was able to use my card straight away from my phone. Having a numberless card provides me with security like no other bank has given me. When transferring larger funds when I need to be verified by their customer service is easy and whenever I speak to an advisor, they are always helpful and friendly! Loved them from the start!

Nowhere near the value for money it was two years ago.

The round up rate is now a measly 5% and the 1% cashback on purchases capped at £15 per month is stingy. The saver account interest rate is under several other banks by at least a percent now as well. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
