Been with Chase for over a year now and can't rate them highly enough! Communications are great, interest on current account was industry 1st, the mobile app has never crashed and is highly intuitive. Opening additional Current or Savings accounts is just a press of button. I hope they continue developing their services in the same manner. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Chase is great value for money and easy to use

The Chase current account is a great value for money and easy to use the fact that you get one percent cashback is brilliant, and also the fact that you don’t get charged any fees for using abroad. Takes a massive stress of having to use another provider when you gone on holiday away. The chase savers accounts are equally as good with a good interest rate. I like that you can easily set up more than one savings account, so you can keep your different savings for different things. E.g. HOUSE, Car, holiday, separate. I also like that you can customise the colours and symbols of each savings account to keep it organised. The only downside to use in Chase is that when transferring money on the app if you’re in an account when it goes to the transfer page, it will change the account. The money is coming from so you do you have to make sure that you have selected the right account. Apart from that I would highly recommend and have recommended Chase to any of my friends and family. Fantastic feature packed account!

I love the fact that I get instant notifications when I spend, I love the round up feature as well as the cash back. This is a great back account for every day spending as well as using abroad, I have had no issues at all with it. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Good customer service, good cashback every month if you pay £500 in. Nice app, reliable, works well. Only downside is max. 1 phone, i have 2 phones so it would be great to have the app on both phones. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
