I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I love everything about banking with Chase

Mainly, I love the app (incredibly user-friendly) and the benefits attached to my current account: a parallel high-interest instant access savings account and the facility to switch money back and forth between the savings and current account at a touch; the 1% cash-back on all my current account spending; the free overseas spending regardless of zone or currency - all fantastic. But when I lost my card while travelling abroad and needed help, I additionally loved that I was able to engage quite swiftly with a real person, who offered me good advice/assistance. Hard working accounts.

I enjoy controlling my accounts via the app. I can see where my money is and move it to whichever account best suits my needs. I like getting interest on my current account as well as my savings account. I like getting cashback on my debit card purchases. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
