The One Bank Chase Online.

Excellent banking app very easy to use the app plenty of offers to keep you interested in different ways of banking. When I have dealt with customer services they are efficient, knowledgeable and sort your problem with the minimum fuss. 10/10. When abroad no transaction fee, notified on my phone within seconds of the purchase being made and the transaction converted to sterling instantly so I knew straight away how much I had spent. The currency converter in the app is also a god send. I can really say I don’t know another bank that could even be in the same league with Chase banking. If there was any body who deserved there bonus it’s the team that put all the Chase banking together and made it into the bank it is today. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Efficient, friendly and helpful

Have had to contact once and they were very helpful and resolve the problem. I then had a follow up call just to make sure I understood what they had done. Great communication letting me know when interest rates are changing to within days of the Bank of England changing theirs. Easy to us app Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Brilliant.

Brilliant. I lost my card and it was sorted immediately. I received my new card within a couple of days. There is someone (maybe AI) not sure but they answer any questions straight away. If it is AI they understand what you are saying, no problem Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
