My Chase account has been great so far.

My Chase account has been great so far. I really like the option to round up spending into your savings and the cash back for 12 months. Every transaction has also been really smooth. The only thing I find frustrating is you can only have the app registered on one device and when you change device you have to provide ID and wait for everything to be approved before you get access to your account. Excellent online bank

Chase deliver on all levels. The Chase app is extremely user friendly. Easy to navigate and swap between accounts. Moving money and making payments also without hassle. So happy I chose to bank with this online service and have recommended to many. I have only used customer service once and that was a pleasure as the real human on the other end of the phone resolved the issue and did it making me feel like an important customer.
