Chase is the best consumer bank by a huge margin.

Chase is the best consumer bank by a huge margin. Easy app, best customer service, great interest rates, can open new pots and accounts with ease within the app. Transactions show up instantly and there are no international transaction fees. A superb bank account

Since account has been opened I have used this account more and more. The account is ideal for my iPhone which I use contactless and the savings account is so easy to add to. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Dedicated customer service team

During the past year, I have been a customer of Chase Bank. While traveling to Australia, I encountered a minor issue that was promptly resolved by the 24/7 customer service team. Additionally, I appreciate the real-time spending notifications I receive when using Google Pay, which display my expenditures in both the local currency and GBP sterling.
