The current account is easy to use and I like that I get cashback on my account. I can easily see my bank card details and feel it is safer than having them on the card itself. It has a good savings account with reasonable interest. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Chase Bank offer Outstanding Customer Service.

Chase Bank always answers the telephone (a real person) to answer any queries I have had. They offer good rates of interest on my current account and as well as my savings account, it is easy to move money between accounts and they keep me informed of any changes in interest rates. The app is extremely easy to use with all the details of my accounts, spending, rewards, payment methods etceasily visible. In comparison with my High Street Bank, Chase offer a far better customer experience via their app. They are available 24/7 to contact them via telephone or message, all straight from the app. I have used this service and found them to be supportive and helpful.
