Chase bank is so easy to use with their customer friendly app. The continuation of the cash back reward after the introduction period had finished was very well received and meant the continuation of using this current account. Account security has been strong throughout too which in this day and age is reassuring! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I love the Cashback benefits, its amazing! I also love the fact theres different accounts in one where you can split your earnings into different accounts with different sort codes and account numbers. I also love the round ups that get 5% and honestly you would be surprised how much you can earn and save without noticing in such a short amount of time! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

The best banking app there is, 1% cashback, decent easy access savings rate are all welcome. But the support is second to none, you actually get to chat with a human rather than a machine that doesn’t understand your questions. Great bank easy to use the app, easy to move money to savings and back and my recent contact with customer service resolved an issue fast whereby a refund from a shop wasn’t reaching my account. Customer service were polite helpful and efficient. I also like that I can use this easily overseas also I like the interest rates whilst not being the best are reasonable on savings and cash back is great Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
