Great customer service

I was recently holidaying in India and had some issues with my card. I contacted the bank via a chat and they helped me within minutes. I was very impressed and happy that I could use my card whilst away. I will continue banking with Chase for the foreseeable. Future. And will definitely recommend this bank to others. Excellent, modern bank

I have had an excellent experience with Chase. As a lady who loves to shop, having 1% cash back felt like a real treat. The savings account, and of course being able to split my account into several savings accounts with the same amount of interest, has been an absolute breeze to set up and maintain. I’ve saved so much money. In addition to this, the app and customer service have been top notch- I always get prompt replies and help when I need it. The app is modern and easy to use, and I have always felt a sense of security with Chase’s approval check messages before online purchases. No Fees - Excellent Perks - Great Service

Some of the best perks out there, unless you want a credit card that costs hundreds per year. Great service, always a human on the other end of the phone when needed.
