Really easy to use bank - excellent customer service!

Really easy to use bank - excellent customer service, with thoughtful and helpful posts about keeping your money safe, investing and other good information. Overall a great bank that doesn't charge extortionate fees to use abroad (or any fees actually!) and I can create multiple accounts easily to split my money up and manage it more efficiently. 1% cash back on spend! What is not to like? Good service with the customer team either via app and via phone for harder to solve issues (like being double billed by a restaurant card reader). All good and resolved though. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
